Your organisation, the number of people involved, monthly hours and the type of meetings.
We open a workspace for you
You test it on your real meetings, and we send you a tailored quote.
You confirm
Signed quote or purchase order, then an invoice to your organisation. You can stop at the end of any month.
Buying questions
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. We issue a quote in your name, and the invoice carries your purchase order number. Quote and invoice are sent as PDF, payment by bank transfer.
Why is there no VAT?
AudiosTranscribe is published by a French micro-enterprise exempt from VAT: VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French tax code (CGI). The amount shown is the amount you pay.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer or card. Monthly billing, or yearly on a single invoice.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Not on the monthly plan: you can stop at the end of any month. The yearly plan is invoiced once for 12 months, convenient for a purchase order or an approved budget.
Where is data processed, and is it used to train AI?
Recordings and texts are processed in the EU, in line with the GDPR, and audio is deleted automatically after processing. Your data is not used to train models: data use for training is switched off at AssemblyAI, and Google Cloud contractually excludes Vertex AI customer data from model training.
Who are your subprocessors?
Google Cloud (temporary audio storage and processing in the Paris region, minutes via Vertex AI in the EU), AssemblyAI (transcription, Ireland), Supabase (database, Sweden), Vercel (app hosting, France) and Stripe (card payments). The full list is in our privacy policy.
What can you provide for our record of processing activities?
On request, the list of our subprocessors and the information you need for your record of processing: processing locations, retention periods and security measures.
Can we test before buying?
Yes. We can open a workspace for you to test on your own meetings before any commitment.
