Each subscription plan includes a monthly quota expressed in minutes of transcription. This quota resets on the 1st of each month.
The User is notified by email when they reach 80% of their quota. In the event of overage, they can subscribe to a higher plan or wait for the reset the following month.
The Publisher may impose technical limits (maximum file size, maximum audio duration, request frequency) to ensure the stability of the Service.
The User undertakes to use the Service in compliance with the laws and regulations in force. The following are notably prohibited:
The User is solely responsible for the content they transcribe and warrants that they hold the necessary authorizations.
The User remains the sole owner of the audio files they import and the transcriptions generated. The Publisher claims no ownership rights over this content.
The Publisher holds a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license over the content, solely for the purposes necessary to provide the Service (temporary storage, AI processing, display in the user interface).
Source audio files are automatically deleted from the servers after transcription, unless the User voluntarily keeps them.
The Service, its software components, its design, its brand and its editorial content are the exclusive property of MTLabs and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
The Publisher endeavors to ensure the availability of the Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, interruptions may occur for reasons of maintenance, updates, or in the event of force majeure.
The Publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and cannot be held responsible for any unavailability.
The transcriptions and analyses provided by AudiosTranscribe are generated by artificial intelligence models. The Publisher undertakes a best-efforts obligation and not an obligation of result. The quality and accuracy of transcriptions are not guaranteed and may vary depending on numerous factors.
The accuracy of the transcription depends in particular on the following elements, over which the Publisher has no control:
The automatic identification of speakers by name is a differentiating feature but remains indicative. The AI may:
The User can manually correct speaker names from the interface. Incorrect automatic identification does not constitute a defect of the Service and cannot give rise to a refund.
The Publisher guarantees neither the absolute accuracy, nor the completeness, nor the relevance of the transcriptions, summaries, analyses, speaker identifications, key points, decisions or action items extracted by the AI. These results are provided as an aid and do not replace human proofreading.
It is the User's responsibility to review and validate any generated content before using it in a professional, legal, medical, financial or any other sensitive context.
In accordance with the preceding paragraphs, the following can in no case justify a total or partial refund:
Only a major malfunction that completely prevents the use of the paid Service may give rise to a case-by-case review by support.
The Service is provided "as is", without express or implied warranty, within the framework of a best-efforts obligation as specified in Article 14.
The Publisher cannot be held responsible for:
In any event, the cumulative liability of the Publisher is strictly limited to the amount of sums actually paid by the User over the last 12 months.

The Publisher reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be informed by email of substantial changes. In the event of a significant change, a new explicit acceptance may be requested upon the next connection to the application. Failing acceptance within a reasonable period, access to the Service may be suspended.
